Brief subject description:
Subject of the procurement procedure is to conclude framework agreement with reopening of competition between the Contracting Authority and three economic operator (if the framework agreement won’t be concluded with more economic operators in accordance with rules for the evaluations of tenders), on the basis of which public service contracts will be awarded.

Subject of the public contracts awarded under the framework agreement is the provision of programming services related to the software CLARIN-DSpace.
